At Premier Concierge Nursing, we’re dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care. Our experienced nurses ensure that you have the education, care and compassion you deserve to heal and live safely in your home, independent, or assisted living environment.
After surgery or a hospitalization, we can tailor care to meet YOUR needs. Our nurses can monitor vitals, help with dressing changes, drain management, medication management, assist with doctor appointments and instructions, check-in on you and more- we are your trusted partner throughout your health journey.
Our highly skilled RN's ensure that you have the education, care and compassion you deserve to heal and live safely in your home, independent, or assisted living environment.
Weekly Wellness Concierge Membership
As a member, you will receive the following services:
- 1 hour weekly in home visit/ wellness check. (90 minutes for two people)
- B/P, Temperature, Heart Rate, Oxygen level, physical and mentation assessment.
- Review medical reports, and help coordinate upcoming visits.
- Medication education, organization and scheduling.
- Schedule appointments as needed and communicate with physicians and their team.
- Weekly family updates as needed
